WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOUR CONGRESSMAN, SENATOR, ASSEMBLYMAN IS NOT A REPUBLICAN?
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR VOICE HEARD?
HOW CAN YOU BE PERSUASIVE?
Those are the questions that plague Conservatives. It is far easier to make the assumption that it is a “lost cause”, but it isn’t.
will share with you the techniques and approaches she has adapted in speaking to her local councils, her State Representatives and her Congresswoman…those who are “across the aisle” from the GOP.
Ms. Ponce has been successful is stopping sanctuary cities, and new taxation in her community, and developed a mutually respectful relationship with those whose ideology is opposite her own.
Amazing story; a woman who was determined to speak out and do it in a fashion that both challenged and and found mutual ground.
You must hear her speak – it will be of great encouragement – it is something we can all learn and apply.
Mike Alexander, of the Pasadena Tea Party has brought to the attention of the Board that there are some new initiatives on the drawing board, and he would like to hare them with the Mountain View Republican Club.
Again, this is a meeting of taking action! We can, and are effective when we focus on the objective and speak up.
We are making a difference!
