Our Board Nominating committee is seeking nominations for the Executive Board,
(President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) as well as several Committee Chairpersons and other appointments.
The term will be from 1/1/23 through 12/31/24 - 2 years. Any member interested should contact Jack Mercica, the Nominating Committee Chairperson, at 909-263-2665 on or before Wednesday, November 23rd.
Here is a list of the Committees that will require a Chairperson, as well as, other appointed positions, with brief descriptions of each.

All members are invited to volunteer for any Executive and Committee Board positions.
Membership Chair: Maintain roster & meeting registration.
Communications Chair: Coordinate all social media. Enter and maintain all information on the MVRC website and social media platforms. A basic understanding of file types and website design is necessary to perform these actions.
· Communications Co-Chair: Assist with Newsletter.
· Communications Co-Chair: Assist with Emails & Action Alerts.
Program & Events Chair: Coordinate speakers & special events.
· Program Co-Chair: Assist in researching speakers for board review.
Sunshine/Corresponding Secretary: Send cards & notes as needed.
Fundraising Chair: Coordinate & oversee fundraising events, and keep inventory.
Bartender: Buy, sell, and restock the bar.
Voter/Member Services Chair: Calling committees & coordinating election efforts
· Voter Services Co-Chair: Sidekick (electronic) get-out-the-vote services.

Legislation/Education Chair: Prepare updates for email & general meetings.
