What many articles don't mention about this bill and its predecessors is that when it goes into law, there will no longer be any public meetings that would produce potential vocal voters that don't want the union. Mail-in ballots would avoid the fact that these new union members would have to pay dues and would be "represented" by a small group of individuals who had their own personal interests, not just their constituents' interests
